... to Flow is Life, created by Janet Drake, offering teaching and guidance in the ancient and scientifically proven holistic mind-body practices of QiGong and Forest Bathing.

Unlike traditional fitness methods, these self-care practices help us to joyously tap into our natural ability to improve and maintain our health, fitness and wellbeing.

Based in Suffolk, UK, Janet teaches QiGong in weekly classes, and leads monthly Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) sessions, in and around Hadleigh.

Hello

I find phrases such as "What do you expect at your age!" spur me to prove that the ageing process is not limiting nor is it something to be dreaded. Ageing shouldn't limit people to only take part in 'over-a-certain-age' activities and opportunities.

We all have the ability to stay healthy, fit and happy at any age, it just needs to be re-awakened. Of course this awakening will require learning, practice and accepting some changes, but the benefits far outweigh the 'inconvenience'!
