QiGong in Raydon

QiGong guides us to experience an awareness and connection to one’s whole being that is naturally and holistically health enhancing.

QiGong is a meditative and holistic practice rooted in China's ancient system of integrative health care.

Recent scientific studies suggest that regular QiGong practice can help reduce stress, improve balance, and enhance overall well-being.

There are numerous nature-inspired styles and forms, that come under the umbrella of QiGong, which have been developed over thousands of years. Over the course of those years, each master, teacher, and student has embellished and adapted the styles and forms according to their interpretation and intention, making QiGong an adaptable, inclusive, and peace-promoting practice for self-care and well-being.
