What is a Flow Class?
Each class blends QiGong & Tai Chi forms; creating a flow of mindful movement, breath work, self-massage & meditation which supports overall health & wellbeing.
Class content is inspired by the seasons, the meridian system (Qi pathways), the movement of animals & the natural world.
QiGong sets such as: 5 Elements, Animal Frolics, Silk Reeling, Dragon Moves, 8 Silk Brocades, Primordial Qigong, Healing Sounds, & Yang-style Tai Chi forms - to name but a few!
The practices help us to move through life with flow & effortless ease (Wu Wei), build resilience, lower stress & support better health.
And, I've picked venues that let us practice in or outside
weather permitting!
